Why I Created this Planner:
After a cancer diagnosis, my mom ended up being my stepdad’s caregiver. Seeing her constantly struggle with keeping her everything together was heartbreaking. She was there making him comfortable every step of the way until he passed away.
After he passed away, his important documents she needed to close bank accounts, etc. were spread all over his office, and bedroom in an unorganized mess. It is so hard for someone who is grieving to have to search for documents, insurance policies, and passwords. If only he had a written estate plan with all of his effects listed it would have made things so simple for her.
That is where the idea came from to create a selection of planner sheets to bring order to the chaos. I hope it will help you get a handle on things and help organize your own or your loved ones’ effects and maybe ease some of the pressure off the family when the time comes to pass away.
