The digital planner is a linked PDF document. You can open it on your computer screen, download it, and write on it with a pen or pencil.

You must have a tablet (like an iPad) with a note-taking app (around $10) to be able to write on it digitally.

The Wallpaper and Icons are for your laptop or desktop computer and do not require a tablet.

No, you can use your finger. But, for more precise handwriting you may need a stylus like the Apple iPen.
