We cannot offer technical help due to everyone having different operating systems and browsers.

Most mobile devices such as phones and iPads, do not allow for downloading through a link. You may need an app for it to work.

What Happens After Making a Purchase?

After you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation page with your download link, plus an email from me with your download link

⚡️IMPORTANT!

👉The file links are set to open automatically on your computer. Like a pop-up. A pop-up blocker may prevent them from opening.

👉You may need an app to download the files from a phone or tablet. 

Some of my larger products are sent using a Download Link with compressed ZIP Files.

When you click the download link, you will be sent to a Dropbox page with the file listings. Click the down arrow at the top of the right-hand side of the page and a black download button will appear. click it to download the set.

Another way is to click on an item in the list and then click the top arrow to see the black download button.

How to Download a Zip File:

On a Laptop or PC- 

  • Save the ZIP file to your computer,
  • Right-click the file, and select, “Extract All” or on some computers you can double-click the Zip file it to open it. This will open a new file on your computer that will have the files you purchased inside it.

On rare occasions, apps on your browser may make things a little wonky during downloading. If this occurs, please try using a different browser.

On a Mobile Device or Tablet- 

Before you download the ZIP file directly to your mobile device, you may need a free app to unzip the product. This will allow you to unzip the folder to access it.

👉FileExplorer Free is a good free app for downloading.

⚡️If you do not have an app the file will not open.

Another solution available on SOME mobile devices is to long hold the zipped file icon and then click, “Extract.”

To open the Files on a Tablet-

Open the email with the download link and download from there, again you may need an app to open the files.

Most of the Files are in PDF Format. 

Most computers have pre-installed Adobe Reader on them, but if your particular laptop, PC, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader of some sort on it, you’ll need one to view/downlaod the items.

👉Adobe Reader is the most common one and it’s free. You can download it here.

🤔 HELP WHERE ARE MY FILES: If you can’t find the file once it’s downloaded, try looking in your designated Downloads File or search the title of the file on your computer for where it could be hiding.
