PRODUCT LICENSES

By purchasing and downloading our printables, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

PERSONAL USE

This artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only. You cannot sublicense, resell, share, transfer, redistribute, or modify it in any other way.

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO:
  • Print them as many times as you like for personal use only.
  • Use a printout of the printables to create personal gifts for others. This is only allowed in printed product form and for non-commercial purposes.
WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO:
  • Resell or commercially redistribute our printables in any way, digitally or printed.
  • Forward, share, or redistribute the digital files. Email our printable files to your family, friends, or customers. You purchased a license for personal use only. If others would like to use the printable, they’ll have to purchase their own license from our shop.
  • Do not share our printable PDF files in any other way, such as on a website, blog, social media outlet, file sharing service, online shops, hosting site, USB drive, CD, DVD, etc.
  • Modify our printables or use any parts of our designs to recreate a new design. It is not allowed to add a logo or graphic to our printables.
  • Remove any copyright notations from the printable templates.
  • Use our printables for giveaways.

COMMERCIAL USE

With your one purchase of a commercial use template from Cali Girl Digital, you hold the license to use the item for personal use or to produce the design of an end product for sale in your shop or website.

Commercial use, such as PLR, is applicable on your website and social media channels only, not for resale as MMR. See below for PLR use.

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO:
  • The recreated End Product is a digital design or a physical item that you plan to sell to more than one person.
  • The design must be significantly different than, and not sold in direct competition with, the product purchased from Cali Girl Digital.
  • You must not resell, share (eg, as opt-ins or freebies), or redistribute any of the items purchased before editing them extensively.
  • When using items you’ve purchased from Cali Girl Digital in your design, your customers must not be able to extract those items for further use (eg, in templates). Items must be in Flattened PDF form.
  • On-Demand Applications: Any use that allows anyone other than the Licensee to customize a digital or physical end product is prohibited.

 Commercial License PLR (Private Label Rights) for Templates

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO:
  • You must edit the template before using it as a commercial product intended for personal use by your customer.
  • You must remove the business name, logo, and anything else that associates Cali Girl Digital with this product before using it as a commercial product intended for personal use by your customer.
  • Please ensure that any products created with this template contain no extractable elements.
  • If clip art is included in a product, it is copyrighted to and used with permission by Kim of Cali Girl Digital. You may not use it in any products other than this one.
  • You may not use the template in physical print-on-demand products or Amazon KDP products.
  • All clip art and graphics used in the product are freely available through a free Canva account.
  • Products may have been created with the help of AI. You are responsible
    for disclosing this whenever disclosure is requested.
WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO:
  • You CANNOT resell our templates for commercial use, PLR, or MRR as your own.
  • You CANNOT under any circumstances share the template link with anyone. 
  • Do not include Cali Girl Digital or my name or blog names in any of the final products.
  • You CANNOT resell as a Canva template.
  • All templates must be flattened and saved as PDFs for personal use only.
  • All templates must be modified to reflect your own style and brand. 
  • You CANNOT share, copy, distribute, or resell my original design as your own.
  • You CAN NOT use the PLR digital products in any illegal or unethical way.
  • Each template or template set may be used for one business/online store only.
  • You may sell an unlimited amount of products. 
  • You can not list it for sale on Creative Market, Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles, or similar selling sites that allow Commercial Use licenses. The license is for you, the buyer, only.

We recommend you change the colors, fonts, and graphic elements of this template to create a completely new product to list and sell. This is especially true if you plan to list it on Etsy, as they have strict guidelines on product requirements and duplicate content.

All of our printable templates are designed using Canva, and it’s essential for you to understand their Terms of Use and License terms. We are not responsible for your licensing agreement violations. Please read their Licensing Terms! We are not in any way affiliated with them.

Alternatively, you’re free to swap these out with free elements available on Canva, allowing for customisation and flexibility to meet your needs and budget.

 Clipart Master Resell Rights for PLR (Private Label Rights)

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO:
  • Use the graphics for personal, commercial, marketing, and branding projects 
  • Use the graphics in physical and digital products 
  • Use the graphics to create products you sell with PLR rights
  • Use the graphics in Print on Demand products
WHAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO:
  • Sell these graphics AS a clipart set.
  • Resell these graphics as a stand-alone PLR product (they must be used in a product that has significant value beyond the graphics themselves).
  • Sell the graphics on membership sites like Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles, Creative Market, or your own membership site.
  • Give the graphics away for free or in any kind of exchange.
  • Claim copyright of these graphics or transfer image rights.
  • You CANNOT use the PLR digital products in any illegal or unethical way.
  • You cannot use these images to create and sell similar clipart with AI.

The clipart designs are uniquely created by me. Some of the elements were crafted with the help of AI image tools, but each piece has been carefully edited, customized, and finished by hand to make it one-of-a-kind.

More FAQ’s About Licensing

This means those templates are yours to use for personal or commercial use.

They are templates that can be purchased that are ready-made but must be modified and rebranded to use for content or marketing purposes without worrying about copyright infringement.

This means that you MUST change the fonts, colors, and graphics to customize the template to fit your brand before using it on your blog, social media, or website. 

In this shop, we sell PLR templates that bloggers and shop owners can edit on Canva.com or other platforms where stated. 

What Can I use PLR for?

  • Use the templates as pretty lead magnets to collect emails from your followers. 
  • Add them to your blog shop or online stores for purchase to make extra income.
  • Give them away as a free download in your content or blog posts.

The best part is you don’t have to waste time creating something from scratch!

Canva.com is a free-to-use online graphic design tool and so much more! It is what you will use to edit your templates. They have free and premium accounts.

When you purchase a template from me you will receive a PDF file with a Canva link to access the template. You click the link on the PDF and your Canva dashboard will open.

Click the purple button on the bottom to save the template to your account and start editing! Save the PDF in case you need to access the template again.

FYI: You must follow Canva’s rules for the use of their Pro Elements graphics. You are NOT ALLOWED to sell or give away (as a freebie) the final PDF using Pro Elements. You must use the FREE Elements or upload your own purchased graphics into Canva. Please read Canva’s Licensing section for more info before editing your template. 

Our templates are created using Canva, to make them look pretty they may include both Free and Pro elements (aka graphics). You must pay to use individual Pro Elements before downloading.

If Canva prompts you to make a payment before accessing your products, you’re likely using the free version. To fix this you can remove the Pro element and proceed to download or you have the option to register for a complimentary 30-day trial of Canva Pro in order to download your items without any additional cost. 

In most cases, I will send you the blank version of my template and an image of how it could be styled. If the template is sent with Pro Elements just click on the circle with an exclamation point and you see if the element is Free or Pro.

If it is a Pro Element, just click and search in the Elements tab on the left side of the dashboard for a free replacement.

An easy trick to find Free Elements is to click the toggle at the top of the Elements tab when searching and then click to see only the free items. 

Canva’s platform is pretty easy to use. You must know how to change colors, fonts, images and add branding. I suggest you make a free account and try it out before purchasing a template. 

Yes, I will be making some templates or finished products that are limited to be sold to 5 or 10 people only. They will be in different colors, fonts, and graphics so they will be unique and not look exactly alike.
